Bespoke Training and Support
Bespoke training takes a tailored approach to capacity-building, offering modules, tool development, and mentorship which are customised for our civil society partners and adapted to reflect specific needs, and geographic or thematic interests. Rather than one-size-fits-all, we provide ongoing support to ensure our partners can apply and deepen their skills over time.
Contact us at enquiries@find.ngo to discuss your capacity building needs.
Research surgeries and mentoring
Our research surgeries are targeted, hands-on sessions designed to support teams working on active investigations or research projects. These workshops offer a space to pause, reflect, and refine your approach, with guidance from our investigators.
We offer:
Investigation design: Help shaping the framework of an investigation: What are the key questions? What sources will be most effective? How do you manage complexity or scale?
Case management support: Support in planning, structuring, and prioritising investigative tasks, from setting research objectives to managing data flow.
Debriefing, gap analysis & next steps: Structured space to review progress, share insights, and reassess direction, especially useful after intense research phases.
Mentoring: Ongoing mentoring as you pursue the investigation.
Sessions can be in-person or online, and are designed to be flexible, from one-off consultations to a series of workshops supporting a longer-term project.
